  • AWAKEN THE ATHLETE WITHIN

At Collective Soul, we believe in helping women feel strong, confident, and supported through every stage of pregnancy and motherhood. Our Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness classes combine movement, strength, education, and community in a welcoming small-group setting.

Led by a Certified Pre & Postnatal Exercise Specialist, Registered Nurse, and mom, classes focus on building strength, learning comfortable and effective ways to move as your body changes, and developing healthy movement habits that can support you during pregnancy and as you return to exercise after birth.

Every pregnancy and postpartum journey is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. We’re here to meet you where you are, celebrate what your body can do, and help you feel stronger and more confident along the way.

You don’t have to do this alone, mama. We’re here to support you before, during, and after pregnancy.

    Goals: Prenatal

    • Build and maintain strength to support your changing body throughout pregnancy and prepare for the physical demands of birth and recovery.
    • Learn practical ways to move, lift, exercise, and breathe comfortably and confidently as your body changes.
    • Understand how to safely adapt movement and exercise throughout the different stages of pregnancy.
    • Prepare physically and mentally for postpartum recovery and the everyday demands of caring for a new baby.
    • Build confidence in your body and your ability to stay active throughout pregnancy.
    • Connect with other expectant moms in a welcoming, supportive small-group environment.
    • Enjoy occasional guest speakers who can provide additional education and resources on topics such as breastfeeding, postpartum wellness, and life with a new baby.

    Goals: Postpartum

    • Gradually rebuild strength, stability, and confidence after pregnancy and birth.
    • Start with gentle, approachable movement and progress at a pace that feels right for you.
    • Learn proper movement techniques and build a strong foundation before progressing to more challenging exercises.
    • Work toward returning to the activities, workouts, and everyday movements you enjoy.
    • Give busy moms short, realistic, and effective workouts that require little to no equipment and can easily be done at home.
    • Build the strength needed for the everyday demands of motherhood—from carrying your baby and getting up from the floor to lifting car seats, strollers, and all the gear that comes with a little one.
    • Create a supportive space to connect with other moms, celebrate progress, and feel encouraged along the way.

The goal isn’t to “get your old body back.” It’s to help you feel strong, capable, and confident in the body you have now.

    Structure: Prenatal

Classes are intentionally kept small, with approximately 3–5 people, creating a welcoming and supportive environment where Madi can give everyone individual attention. Pregnancy looks and feels different for everyone, and each person’s needs may change from week to week. Madi will help you find movement options that feel comfortable and appropriate for you, with plenty of choices and modifications along the way.

Each class combines helpful education, approachable movement, and simple exercises you can continue at home to help you stay active, build strength, and feel confident throughout your pregnancy. No matter where you are in your pregnancy or your current fitness level, you are welcome to start where you are and move in a way that works for you.

Prenatal classes are offered twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays at 4:30 PM.

    Structure: Postnatal

Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery are unique experiences for every woman. Whether you had a C-section or vaginal birth, an easy recovery or a challenging one, your first baby or your sixth, we’re here to support you and meet you exactly where you are.

Our Postpartum Moms Class is designed to help moms safely rebuild strength after pregnancy and birth and feel confident returning to exercise and the activities they love.

Classes are intentionally kept small, with just 3–5 moms, allowing for a more personalized approach. We’ll focus on rebuilding core and total-body strength, improving stability and mobility, learning proper body mechanics, and gradually progressing exercise based on each mom’s individual needs and goals.

Each mom will also receive a customized weekly plan to continue working on between classes. Workouts are designed with real mom life in mind—short, realistic, and effective.

Our goal is to help you:

    • Rebuild core and total-body strength after birth
    • Improve stability, mobility, and overall fitness
    • Learn safe movement and proper body mechanics
    • Gradually return to the workouts and activities you enjoy
    • Reduce the risk of injury as you become more active
    • Feel stronger and more confident in your body
    • Connect with other moms in a supportive small-group environment

    Who can participate?

This class is for moms who are at least 6 weeks postpartum and have been cleared to return to exercise. While beginning to rebuild strength sooner after birth can be beneficial, postpartum recovery doesn’t have an expiration date.

If your youngest child is up to 3 years old and you still feel like you haven’t regained the strength, stability, or confidence you had before pregnancy, this class is for you too.

You don’t have to “bounce back.” You deserve the opportunity to build forward—stronger, supported, and at a pace that works for your body.
