It is designed to help individuals build sustainable habits that support long-term vitality, not quick fixes or short-term transformations. Through intentional movement, balanced nutrition, and mindful living, this method helps clients reconnect with their bodies, restore their energy, and rediscover joy in the process of caring for themselves.


    The Three Pillars of the Collective Soul Wellness Method

    1. Fuel your Body: Food is not good or bad—it is nourishment, fuel, and information for the body. The goal is to eat in a way that supports energy, balance, and satisfaction.
    2. Move with Purpose: Movement is medicine for the body and mind. The focus is not on perfection, but consistency. Movement should be approached with patience, realism, and self-compassion.
    3. Calm Your Mind: Stress is one of the greatest barriers to health and healing. Learning to manage it intentionally can transform every area of life. The Collective Soul Wellness Method encourages self-reflection and mindful practices that support emotional balance and nervous system health.

    CORE DAILY HABITS & NON-NEGOTIABLES:

    The Collective Soul Wellness Method emphasizes consistency over intensity. Small, repeated actions build the foundation for sustainable wellness:

    • Eat balanced meals that include protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates.
    • Drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water each day.
    • Take foundational supplements to support nutritional balance.
    • Move your body daily—strength, stretch, or sweat.
    • Start your morning with quiet reflection, gratitude, or journaling.
    • End your day with mindfulness or gratitude to calm the mind before rest.


    THE COACHING LENS:

    Our approach to coaching integrates science, mindfulness, and compassionate accountability. Using tools such as Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) and health appraisal questionnaires, she evaluates each client’s current state of health to develop an individualized plan. She helps clients build habits that align with their goals, while addressing underlying imbalances that may be affecting their progress.

    Journaling is a central component of this process—it encourages awareness, reflection, and emotional release. Clients are guided to shift self-limiting thoughts into empowering beliefs, creating space for both mental and physical transformation.

    The ultimate goal of the Collective Soul Wellness Method is to help clients feel at home in their bodies—to trust themselves again, to experience strength, clarity, and calm.
